Media software products are marketed as "shareware"
- we offer a fully functional evaluation/download
version for potential users to "try before
you buy". Customers are encouraged to fully
evaluate the software prior to purchasing a software
license. Therefore, It is assumed that when a
user purchased the registered version from us,
he/she is satisfied with the program's features
and function, so that generally no refund requests
would be allowed on such basis except for that
the software actually can not run on your computer,
and we can not fix the problem;
We
could not issue a refund for any cause that is
out of our side, for example:
Your email causes a problem.
You lost your registration information.
(About the two cases above, you can ask us to
resend your registration information.)
Refund
requests must be sent within 30 days after registration.
No partial or full refunds will be granted after
this time.
